Adixen Pfeiffer Replacement Motor 2005, 2010, 2015, 2021 I, SD, C1, C2 Pumps, 1-Phase, 115/230 VAC

These new replacement 3/4 horsepower 1-phase motors are for the Adixen Pfeiffer rotary vane vacuum pumps, models 2005, 2010, 2015, 2021 for the I, SD, C1, and C2 series rotary vane vacuum pumps. These replacement motors are for 1-phase 115/230 VAC operation with ON/OFF switch.

Pfeiffer Adixen Electrical Motor is certified with major international standards (UL, CSA, CE) and offers two voltage ranges:

  • Low voltage: 100-110 V at 50 Hz and 100-120 V at 60Hz
  • High voltage: 200-230 V at 50 Hz and 200-230 V at 60 Hz

Agilent / Varian DS602 Dual Stage Rotary Vane Pump, Rebuilt

The DS 602 is a dual-stage oil-sealed rotary vane pump that delivers a pumping speed of 25.0 m3/h at 50 Hz or 17.6 CFM at 60 Hz, and a base pressure of <2 × 10–3 mbar. The DS 602 operates at a very quiet sound pressure, and is available with either a universal-voltage single-phase electric motor, with integral power switch, or an optional three-phase motor.

An inlet isolation valve is integrated into the pump to close off the inlet port whenever power to the pump is interrupted. This antibackstream valve maintains vacuum in the roughing, or foreline, and prevents pump oil from contaminating the vacuum chamber. The DS 602 has a manual gas ballast valve, that when opened, allows the pump to achieve its rated water-vapor handling specification of 550 g/hr.

This DS602 is Fully Rebuilt by PolVac Corp. It is equipped with a  1 Ph 115/220 VAC Voltage motor, pump is currently set to 220 Voltage, can be easily changed to 115 Voltage. DS602 Rotary Vane Pump oil sealed, driven by a single-phase electric motor.

 

Alcatel 2015 CP

The Alcatel 2015 CP vacuum pump is an oil sealed rotary vane pump with a nominal pumping speed of 10.6 cfm able to perform from atmosphere to the 10-4 mbar range. Alcatel 2015 pumps are designed to handle the requirements of the most sensitive applications of analytical instruments.  Is is a dual stage rotart vane vacuuum pump with a 3/4 hp motor that is setup to operate on Fomblin oil.

Edwards Gas Ballast Adapter Kit for nXDS Series Pumps, PN A73501809

These Edwards nXDS gas ballast purge adapters may be fitted in place of the original gas ballast control knob and used to supply an inert purge gas, such as nitrogen.

Gas Ballast adaptor kit is for nXDS pumps. Kit includes gas ballast adaptor and O-ring. This adaptor has a 0.25mm orifice to limit the flow into the Gas Ballast to about 1 litre/minute. The upstream pressure should be limited to less than 0.35 bar gauge.
